 
Agreement: You agree to sign up for the Hood Canal Wireless Service in accordance to your Customer Agreement.
Early Termination: You may terminate your agreement to keep Hood Canal Wireless Service before the expiration date by calling us at (360) 462-2355 or (888) 245-8661 from any phone and paying an EARLY TERMINATION FEE of $20 a month for the remaining months of your contract, with a $125 maximum, whichever is less as liquidated damages. The Early Termination Fee will be automatically charged to your account if you terminate your service before the expiration date. We may terminate the agreement if you are in default under it and charge you the Early Termination Fee as liquidated damages. The Early Termination Fee is payable in addition to any other outstanding charged for services or equipment on your Hood Canal Wireless account. An Early Termination Fee will not be charged if you deactivate service within 15 days, or 30 minutes of usage, whichever comes first, after activating your Hood Canal Wireless Phones. The customer is responsible for airtime, roaming and restocking charges.
Limitations: Limitations apply on which, if any other promotions, rebates or features may be combined with the Hood canal Wireless Agreement. Contact a Hood Canal Wireless representative for details on combining other promotions, rebates or features with the Hood canal Communications Agreement.
Agreement: Your agreement to keep Hood Canal Wireless Service as indicated in your Customer Agreement includes more than these specified provisions. The service plan you have chosen and the most recent Hood Canal Wireless Terms and Conditions of Service ("Ts & Cs" are also part of your agreement. You should read these provisions carefully. A copy of the Ts & Cs comes with your Hood Canal Wireless phone, but may not be the most recent version.
