Weather caused some scattered power outages around Mason County Saturday. Mason County PUD No. 3 reported outages in several areas including Dayton and Grapeview. The outages started about 3:30 PM. Most had their power restored about 5:15 PM. Those in Grapeview had power restored around 9 PM after trees fell into power lines along Grapeview Loop Road about 4:45 PM. Mason County PUD No. 1 also reported several outages. Their largest outage is in the Ridge Road area before the Duckabush where a transformer is down and a pole is broken. If you are experiencing a power outage, you should contact your PUD. PUD 3 customers should call 360-432-1533 from Shelton; 360-275-2833 from Belfair; and 360-861-4247 from Elma. PUD 1 customers are asked to call 360-877-5249.
